Abbi was my bud-tender, and she was absolutely amazing!! I told her walking in this was my first time, and she was so patient. She answered all of my questions and was more than willing to show me each and every one of the options they had, and she was so knowledgeable on what was popular and what she liked the best! Visited for the first time after my usual place started to get a bit meh and found Herbology to be a breath of fresh air. Marc was knowledgeable and super helpful, as well as friendly. I have severe social anxiety and am clinically agoraphobic, so shopping, socializing, etc. always makes me a bit jittery. Marc was easy to be around and made me feel very comfortable. I will definitely make Herbology my new usual spot.

My budtender Kodie was great! Asked what I liked in my flower and hooked me up with a couple suggestions that did not disappoint. He's patient and knowledgeable. His customer service was spot on.

I went to the grand opening on the 8th. They had incredible deals, and Mindy was able to match what I wanted up with the deals. I took my mom with me, and it was her first time. Mindy went above and beyond to answer all of the questions we had, along with making suggestions based on what we said and asked. She went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, all while she had a smile on her face. Thank you, Mindy! You are the best!

Hands down the best dispensary in America. Nate was my budtender, and he was excellent and knowledgeable. Found me the best deals and explained everything. Go check them out!

Been going for over 3 years and always have amazing service. I pre-order online, and if something is sold out, they always call to replace the product before they fill the order. I rarely have to wait to pick up, and the budtenders are all very knowledgeable.

I live in Athens and make the drive over to Herbology because the price and selection are great, but the customer service is awesome. Alexia was super knowledgeable, informative and is a great person to chat with. Really tough to beat. I'll continue to go back often.

I came in for a special and what I wanted was sold out. However, the budtender that took care of me found me an amazing strain for cheaper than what I originally planned to spend and explained to me the difference between THC percentage and strains.
