How do I Enroll?

How can I redeem my loyalty points?
Loyalty is applied at checkout when a customer is shopping in-store or using curbside service. Loyalty is being tracked in the POS system, customers no longer have to show the staff their wallet to redeem points. When you are shopping in-store or curbside, ask your budtender how many points you have available and you can choose if you want to apply the amount to your total!
I am missing reward points from my recent order. What happened?
Points can take up to 24 hours to update after you complete an order. If you are still missing points, it is likely that you have not opted-in to text message marketing. It is important that your profile is complete with an active phone number and email for points to accrue. If your issue persists please contact support@shophcc.com or let any of your budtender's in-store know!
